Having “first-hand” experience, for over 30 years, Robert has distinguished himself by building organizations with both infrastructure and identity. Throughout his career, Robert has worked with several global Fortune 500 organizations, as well as, start-up organizations, while keeping focused on the inter-personal aspect.
Robert believes that “People make the Organization” and is a staunch advocate for fostering a coaching mentality while focusing on Emotional Intelligence and human connectivity. Described as “dynamic”, Robert loves to get those around him excited at whatever they are striving to accomplish. Robert resides in Southern California, loves global travel, performing arts, and outdoor activities.
